Documents revealed through a Minnesota public records request make it clear that EPA career staff had planned to deliver written comments about the project's permits to Minnesota regulators outlining their concerns.

CNCS state and territorial offices administer AmeriCorps VISTA and National Senior Service Corps, including the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, the Foster Grandparent Program, and the Senior Companion Program.
