Appropriations Requests
As a Member of Congress and a member of the House Appropriations Committee, my office accepts appropriations requests from interested parties. Anyone interested in making an appropriations request must fill out the appropriate forms below.
Additionally, my staff in both Washington, D.C. and St. Paul are available to have a phone call or meet virtually on any appropriations-related questions. To schedule a meeting with my Washington, D.C. staff, please email MN04DCScheduler@mail.house.gov. To schedule a meeting with my St. Paul staff, please email MN04DOScheduler@mail.house.gov.
Appropriations Request Submission Forms
My office is currently accepting Fiscal Year 2027 programmatic and language requests, which may be submitted using the forms below. Our office’s deadline to submit a request is March 4th, 2026 at 11:59 pm. See here for information about CPFs. The Republican House Majority has released guidance here. Please submit your requests as soon as you can.
Please submit each request individually. Multiple requests in one submission WILL NOT be accepted.
Congresswoman McCollum FY 2027 DEFENSE Appropriations Request Form
This form should ONLY be used for requests under the Defense Subcommittee jurisdiction.
If you would like to send additional materials for your request, please email them to mn04admin@mail.house.gov. Include your name or the point of contact name in the email. If you submitted multiple requests, include the priority number.
Congresswoman McCollum FY 2027 Appropriations Request Form
This form should be used for any requests NOT pertaining to Defense. This includes Military Construction and Veterans Affairs requests. More information about the 12 subcommittees can be found here.

The deadline for CPFs is March 4th at 11:59 pm.
