Seniors
As our population ages, we must ensure all seniors have access to the support and care they need to live independent, healthy lives. In order to keep the promises our country has made, we must keep Social Security and Medicare strong and stable for today's seniors and future generations.
I will keep fighting to protect and strengthen Medicare and Social Security — and I will always oppose proposal to privatize or weaken these entitlements. I strongly support efforts to care for vulnerable seniors and to keep elderly Americans out of poverty, including through programs like Meals on Wheels.
