Annual Congressional Art Competition
Congressional Art Competition
Each spring, the U. S. House of Representatives sponsors a nationwide arts competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the United States and in Minnesota's Fourth Congressional District. The Annual Congressional Art Competition is open to all high school students either attending school in or residing in the Fourth Congressional District (Ramsey County and Washington County). The winning entry from the Fourth District will be displayed as part of a national exhibit in the U.S. Capitol. Entries by the runners-up will be displayed in my congressional offices in Saint Paul and in Washington, D.C
The 2025 Congressional Art Competition is now closed.
