Economy & Jobs
I hear from Minnesotans every day about their concerns about the cost of living, the state of our economy, and rising economic inequality. In Congress, I remain diligently focused on addressing these issues. We must do more to lower the costs of everything from health care to energy, while working to ensure every American has access to a well-paying job. As we have seen over the last few years, tariffs do not achieve these goals and are actively hurting our economy.
I strongly support investments in education and infrastructure that will strengthen our economic competitiveness. To stimulate economic growth and job creation, the government must ensure a level playing field that protects both workers and businesses. I support legislation that promotes a thriving middle class and ensures that working people still have the opportunity to succeed.
