WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Friday morning, Congresswoman Betty McCollum announced several federal grants that will benefit Minnesotans across the Twin Cities metro. The funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which was passed when Democrats controlled Congress and was signed into law by President Biden in 2021, aims to improve mobility, connectivity, and sustainability of transportation options in the Twin Cities metro area.
