Washington, DC – Today, the Supreme Court issued its ruling on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 11-148). In an opinion written by Chief Justice John Roberts, the Court upheld the Affordable Care Act.

Washington, DC – Today, the offices of Congresswoman Betty McCollum (MN-04) and Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN-03) are at Cub Foods in Bloomington, MN to highlight the work of local nonprofit Store-to-Door and the problem of hunger among Minnesota seniors.
On March 23, 2010, Congress passed and President Obama signed into law historic health care reform legislation: the Affordable Care Act. At the two-year anniversary of this landmark law, new data demonstrates the benefits that the law has already provided to seniors, young adults, small businesses, and many others in Congresswoman McCollum's district.
