"Each year, I'm blown away by the talent and creativity of the young artists who submit entries to the Congressional Art Competition," McCollum said. "I'm pleased to announce that my office will participate in the 41st Annual Congressional Art Competition to recognize students' artistic talents. I look forward to seeing all of the entries and celebrating during the 2022 Spring Saint Paul Art Crawl. Minnesota is fortunate to be such a strong national leader in the arts."
