McCollum Statement on Appointment of Lt. Gov. Tina Smith to the U.S. Senate

Congresswoman Betty McCollum (DFL-Minn.) released the following statement on Governor Mark Dayton's appointment of Lieutenant Governor Tina Smith to serve in the United States Senate:
